Compare the applicant phone call
Wizehire's help guide describes an email invitation to answer questions asynchronously, and the employer reviews the recordings afterward. Iris asks the questions set up for your role during a live call, then your team reads the transcript and follows up on the details that matter. Listen to an interview and read the transcript.
In a demo, bring a question from your real opening and ask what happens when an applicant's answer is unclear.
DISC+ and RightSeat in candidate review
Wizehire includes DISC+ in its Talent Match and candidate review tools, and its help article says the phone module itself does not score or rank candidates automatically. HireBus includes RightSeat assessment results, which you read next to the interview answers. For either product, ask what the assessment measures.
Price the same roles and locations
Wizehire. Its published monthly prices are $249 for Quickstart with up to three active job postings, and $549 for Growth with up to six. The Growth comparison lists two active markets and defines markets using metropolitan areas. Extra jobs, locations, and optional features can change the total. See Wizehire pricing.
HireBus. Monthly Starter is $297 for one active role at one location; Growth is $597 for up to three roles at one location; Max is $997 for up to ten roles across three locations. Monthly plans add $500 onboarding and an initial three-month commitment. Advertising is separate. See HireBus pricing and annual terms.
Bring the same list of jobs and locations to both companies. Ask how each one counts a location and which add-ons you would need. A hiring market and a shop address may not bill the same way, so compare full quotes.
When to pick Wizehire or HireBus
Pick Wizehire if its applicant tracking, DISC+ tools, and payroll or HR integrations fit the way your team already works. Test the plan you would buy, including the phone add-on.
Pick HireBus if you want the HireBus team to run your job campaigns and Iris to interview field, sales, or office applicants before you do.
Questions about Wizehire and HireBus
Can I move from Wizehire to HireBus mid-search?
You can, with a plan for the handoff. Check which candidate records you can export from Wizehire and who will contact the applicants already in your pipeline. Read your Wizehire contract before you change a live campaign.
Should I choose based on the assessment?
Not on the assessment alone. Compare who talks to the applicant first and what you get back. Then ask each company for a sample result for your kind of role.
Which job boards will my opening reach?
Ask each company which boards your campaign would use and what sponsorship your role needs. Wide reach alone won't tell you whether the ad, pay and location will draw the people you need.
