Who gets texts
Candidates. When you apply to a job that a HireBus client posted and you give a mobile number, Iris texts you about that application: to confirm it, to ask a few interview questions, to set up a phone call, and to book or confirm an interview. She identifies herself and the company she is recruiting for in the first message.
Employers. When you sign up for HireBus and give a mobile number, Iris texts you about your account: new applicants, candidates worth meeting, interviews booked, and replies to messages you send her.
What you agree to
By giving us your mobile number and applying, replying, or ticking the consent box on a form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Iris by HireBus at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can stop at any time.
Message frequency varies with your application or hiring activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from Iris and she will stop texting that number. You will get one final message confirming the opt-out. If you are a candidate, opting out does not withdraw your application; the employer can still reach you by email or phone.

Your number and your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send the messages described here, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
