Thirty-three years of two people
Brandon Vaughn's father cleaned windows for thirty-three years. For most of them the company was him and one other employee. It was a good living and it never got any bigger, because there was never a way to add people he could trust.
Brandon took over his father's window cleaning business in 2012 and grew it past seventy employees in six seasons. Adding crews meant building a hiring process he could repeat, while keeping the business running.
