1. Position Summary

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Decide the program lineup, such as group coaching, one-on-one coaching, peer groups, workshops and events, and how clients move between them.
• Lead the COO, General Manager, CFO and VP Of Coaching, with clear yearly goals for each.
• Represent the company on podcasts, webinars and stages, and approve the core curriculum.
• Set the rule that marketing and sales never promise income or growth, and that client stories are accurate and used with permission.

You bring real experience running a home service business and teach from it, without promising results.

• Lead one-on-one and group coaching calls on the company curriculum: pricing, hiring, marketing, field operations and financials.
• Review each client's KPI dashboard before calls: revenue, booked jobs, average ticket, close rate, gross margin and labor cost.
