Retail - Chief Executive Officer

1. Position Summary

We're looking for a Chief Executive Officer to set the direction for our stores and online business. You'll decide where the company invests: new stores, remodels, the website and inventory. At our size the CEO is usually the head merchant too, so you'll sign off on the big assortment decisions. You'll build and lead the leadership team.

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set the long-range plan: which markets to enter, which stores to open, remodel or close, and how much to invest in the online store.
• Approve the annual budget, the open-to-buy and capital spending with the Chief Financial Officer.
• Lead merchandise strategy with the buyers: which categories to grow or cut, and how we price against competitors.
• Hire, coach and hold accountable the COO, CFO, buyers, E-commerce Manager and Marketing Manager.

Retail - Visual Merchandiser

1. Position Summary

We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to make every store look right and sell more. You'll write the visual directives and planograms each store follows, travel to stores to set windows and floor sets, and train store teams to keep the look. You'll work with the buyers and the Marketing Manager on each season's launches.

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create floor plans, planograms and visual directives with photos for each floor set and seasonal change.
• Travel to stores to set windows, focal displays and key floor sets, and train store teams to finish the rest.
• Review photos from stores after each floor set and send clear fixes.
• Place new arrivals and best sellers where customers see them first, using sales by store and input from the buyers.

Retail - Customer Service Representative

1. Position Summary

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers by phone, email and chat, mostly about online orders. You'll track orders, fix shipping problems, process returns and exchanges, and answer product questions. You'll also work with stores on pickup orders and in-store issues that customers contact us about.

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats about order status, shipping, returns, sizing and product details.
• Process online returns, exchanges and refunds by the return policy.
• Fix order problems: wrong items, damaged packages, lost shipments and address changes before shipping.
• Contact stores about pickup orders, held items and complaints from a store visit.

Retail - Assistant Store Manager

1. Position Summary

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to run the store's operations and lead the store when the Store Manager is off. You'll own receiving, the stockroom, cash office tasks and store paperwork. You'll train new hires, open and close the store, and work the sales floor with the team during busy hours.

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Run the store as manager on duty when the Store Manager is off, including opening and closing.
• Manage receiving: assign stock work, check that shipments are logged correctly, and settle shortages and damages with the warehouse.
• Keep the stockroom organized by category and size so product is easy to find and count.
• Complete cash office tasks: count the safe, prepare deposits, balance register reports and log overages and shortages.
